March-May 2020 is a compilation of my favorite recordings made during quarantine.
Recorded, mixed and mastered by me in my bedroom in Portland, OR.

These tracks are mostly instrumental and singing tones without words. I envision people listening to them/zoning out while sitting quietly with headphones, maybe outside in your yard or your favorite cozy spot. Or while doing your favorite movement healing practice. I hope these tracks can provide introversion or respite from the bombardment of bad news and information we are facing.
